Hi My name is Paul Wilson and I have been in exactly the same situation as you find yourself in now.
My experiences of divorce and separation caused me great stress and distress as well as my family.
The one thing I forgot about during what I called my downtime was that I had three boys who were relativly young at the time.
I as many other parents going through divorce was more interested in my feelings than I was of my boys feelings.I hate to say that at that time I was not a good father to my sons.
I ended up seeing very little of my sons for quite a few years and sadly now I look back and realise I missed many of their formative years with great regret.
So to anyone who is reading this please, please think of your children if you are going through separation or divorce. Even if you do not get back with your partner reading this amazing book could help future relationships.
